-Bring a brew pot with 1.75 gallons (6.6 L) of water to 155F (68.3C)
-Put the grains into a muslin bag and make a knot.
-Steep the grains in the hot water for 20 minutes, gently dunking/stirring.
-Remove the grains and allow liquid to drip back into the pot (do not squeeze).
-Bring the wort to boil. Stir and add the extract first, then bittering hops.
-Set a timer for 60 minutes.
-Stir frequently to keep the extract from scorching.
-When there is 10 minutes left in the boil, add the cracked coriander seeds and bitter orange peel.
-At 60 minutes of boil, remove the wort from heat and cool to 70F (21.1C).
-Pour the beer into fermenter splashing vigorously to oxygenate.
-Pitch the yeast, and cover with a lid that has a fermentation lock.
-Allow the beer to ferment for 1-2 weeks.
-Avoiding the sediment, siphon the beer into a bottling bucket with priming sugar.
-Siphon the primed beer into sanitized bottles and cap tightly.
-Allow bottles to condition for 2 weeks at room temperature.
-Chill and serve with an orange or lime slice if desired.
